Today on the Deck

Today is a better day, I had some Bowen Therapy done on my back/neck yesterday, the sun is shining and I am home for the day.  I have never had Bowen Therapy before and to be honest I left quite disappointed. They roll the muscle kinda back into place and let it find its own way back. I was told it was a different kind of therapy, different from a normal massage that I would be use too.
But I am feeling a bit better today, I still have lots of pain but I’m sure that will ease in time.
Now I couldn’t resist snapping these photos this morning as the sun was about to hit the back deck. The deck was done last year and is a great area for reading, plonking extra furniture and basically enjoying the wonderful bushland we have around us.
This area has different pieces here all the time today its a gorgeous wicker setting I have just finished painting. It will sit here for a few weeks before it makes its way into my shop space.
I am really into large candle holders at the moment and these ones were originally black but now I have painted them a french grey. Love them.
Oh that hills hoist clothes line is in such a great spot for getting your laundry dry. I am washing white slip covers today.
So there you have it some snaps of the deck hopefully I can find some nice white shutters to install around the side of it.
 Have a good day.
Sandy

Lovely outdoor shots, Sandy-the deck area is lovely. I would have a hard time hauling that off to the shop!

I am sorry that you are having so much pain with your back/neck area. If someone has not suffered with that type of pain they have no idea what you are going through. It impacts every move you make. Saying a little prayer that you are soon pain free! Have a lovely day- xxoo Diana

Your furniture is gorgeous, I love it!!! I was cruising the free section of Craigslist and saw someone was giving away a white wicker outdoor set, it was so pretty but we have zero room for anything else. I called my friend who lives up the street and told her to grab it…I don't know whether she got it or not but I hope she did!

Just tell me you didn't hang those heavy wet slip covers on the line yourself Sandy!
Your deck looks great (props to Tim!) and I'm sure is the perfect spot for a cuppa.

I love your furniture. And what a luxury being able to swap your furniture so regularly. I think the rug and the cushions really make it an outdoor room.
Glad you are feeling a little better today:)
