Old Cupboard Makeover

I bought this cupboard ages ago and boy was it sad looking. Broken glass doors so dirty and neglected. I usually have to sleep on my pieces before I paint them (not literally) just not rush into what colour I am going to paint it and then wham it comes to me, usually during the night when I’m thinking about stuff.
I dont think I have ever used chicken wire on my pieces before but this piece I thought would be well suited for it. I thought about curtains but wanted to stick to the french country look. I spray painted the chicken wire black and inserted it into the panel doors. Added some lovely black handles to compliment the piece.
Painted the piece inside so its all fresh for clothing, fabrics or even china.
The right side has two shelves and the left side even has a small rod to hang some childrens clothes.

I just found your site and I love your "before & after" pictures. Such beautiful furniture! I just painted a table white with a zigzag pattern of bare wood-not my first painted project, but my first attempt at a painted pattern. I'm getting a bit bolder and will definitely return to your site for future inspiration!

    Here's what I did:
