Well its my birthday today and although I did have to work I did find some time this afternoon to do a spot of thrifting. Check out this lovely china cabinet with glass back and shelving.
I would love to paint this white – what would you all do?
This is my latest project that I thought I would share with you all. I am currently working on this lovely little gentlemans wardrobe. I was going to stain it as the silky oak is gorgeous but then I had these visions of it being white and painting the front panels a pale blue. Oh decisions decisions!!
I have moved all my painting gear down to my shed. This shed is normally chockers full of furniture but I have sold quite a bit so are enjoying this new painting space.

Well let me be the first on here to wish you HAPPY BIRTHDAY again 🙂 Yes paint the china cabinet white, and that wardrobe, do some light blue, that would look really cute. Have a look at my completed project called 'Duck egg Distressed Hutch' which I did a combination of off white, duck egg and pink, I think those colours look stunning together 🙂

I'd paint it to contrast against your white then fill it with milk glass and white objects.Maybe dove grey.

A blast from the past for me…this wardrobe is identical to one my now grown son had in his room as a child. Passed it on to a friend, must check if they still have it.
We never contemplated painting ours but I now wish we had.
