Drawer Transformation

What a difference a day makes. Picked these drawers up on Friday and what a difference some white paint makes. These are going to make a lovely addition to someone’s room. Not sure who’s yet as these might be keepers too. Oh I need a bigger house.

Great job Sandy. Are they the original handles, very nice. I'm with you on the bigger house idea, we are bursting at the seams (probably help if I got rid of a few chairs mind you!)

So Pretty!! I love it. I had considered painting some in our bedroom, but for now I think I like the warmth the wood gives. HOwever, the tops on these bureaus have some kind of treatment on them and I am at lost, if I did want to paint them. The surface of the tops is super shiny and I think it resists water stains but I don't know if it would just sand out—almost looks like a laminate or something–have no idea. Wondering if you have run across this?
