Gold Coast Australia - My name is Sandy and I am a decorative painter. I have a passion for upcycling old furniture. I am a collector a treasure hunter and see the beauty in what pieces can be rather than what they currently are. I love beautiful things shabby, rustic, beachy, french and anything that is recycled. I hardly ever buy new and with some paint and imagination I transform time worn pieces. You can check out my furniture at the Woolloongabba Antique Centre in Brisbane. Or if your interested in having your own furniture painted then drop me an email I would love to hear from you.
Thought I would take a picture of all this furniture that I have finished and is now off to a Shabby Shop in Brisbane. Just having it all in the backyard makes we want to keep it all. Best get busy with the next lot.
HI Sandy, It is all so beautiful. You have been a busy, busy girl. I don't know how you can part with it. I would want to keep it all, even though I don't have anymore room. Wonder how much it would cost to ship 2 large mirrors to Idaho in the US.lol Hugs, June
Hi Sandy, Love all your new pieces, you sure have been busy! I don't think there is a piece in there that I wouldnt love to keep myself. Have a great week. ~S~
Beautiful! I love the white ladder! I got a gallon of pale pink paint over the weekend. I'm going to paint my bedroom furniture thanks to your inspiration! I keep coming back to your blog for more ideas! Thank you!
Just looking at all those pieces you are definitely a busy girl- a lot of painting. See that would be a problem with me wanting to keep most of it. Looking through it I see some things I wouldn't mind having. Oh well...

My gazebo is done except for the priming and painting. I can't wait to show it off. BTW, the armoire was so inspirational that I've been on a hunt for one similar to it!! Thanks so much for the inspiration!
