Firstly I just want to send my condolences to Fiona from lilyfieldlife.blogspot.com and her family. Fiona lost her mother on Sunday who had been suffering from illness. Amazing how through the world of blogging we meet some wonderful people and Fiona is one of them. She is a strong woman and I know she will remember her mum with a smile on her face. xx

I celebrated a birthday on the weekend and treated myself to this beautiful Armoire. It is very similar to my other one but this one was already white and just needed a little sanding.
Bringing it into the bedroom was quite a challenge and lots of swear words were exchanged. We had to not only remove the sliding door but the fixed panel as well, lucky I have a very patient husband. Love it , great for storing
Plenty more new pieces coming this week.

Love the whitewashing on the desk top Sandy, and I did giggle picturing you guys trying to manhandle that armoire into your room…christ, don't go changing your mind about keeping it, Tim might not be impressed if he has to get it out of there, lol!
So sad about Fiona's Mum, isn't it. I am very much looking forward to meeting Fiona in a couple of weeks when we head down to Sydney for a long weekend. Best part sbout blogging, meeting lovely like-minded people 🙂
