After a really busy weekend I am having a morning pottering around the house.

Antique Child's Desk

This antique desk is just so sweet the perfect size for a child's bedroom.
Solid and well made, painted white distressed base with freshly stained top.

Child's Wardrobe

Lovely Child's wardrobe painted in a fresh white with minimal distressing just enough to highlight the timber edges. 

Plenty of hanging and storage space. Use it anywhere in the home. My sister has one at her backdoor full of shoes and coats. 

 

The roses are fresh from the garden this morning.
I am looking forward to planting some more this winter, they seem to give me an endless supply of flowers all year round.

Multipurpose Cabinet

I just finished painting this cabinet and what a beautiful piece with so many uses. So well made with lovely dovetails joins so I'm guessing it has a bit of age to it.
Beautiful diamond beading on the sides with mesh inserts.
Cupboard underneath with plenty of shelving, two drawers and plenty of storage up top. 

 

The timber lattice panels give it that bit of elegance. 

 

 

My new wool rug was a recent market find such great fun colors.
