Sideboard

Yesterday I finished making over this gorgeous sideboard.  Lovely detail with bevilled mirror.
Such a beautiful solid piece with many uses.

Heaps of storage with shelving either side, lockable single drawer and middle cupboard.

Did think about doing another color within the diamonds but classic white won in the end (whats new).

Simply stunnie Sandy! I remember my grandparents had a sideboard just like that, all dark varnish of course. It would have looked wonderful painted white in this way. Have an excellent week – you work is fantastic! xx

Sandy, Hello all the way from San Francisco! Your blog is awesome. Can you share what white would you use to paint walls for a shabby chic home? Would you use pure white, antique white, whites with a yellow/blue/green tone? Thank you!
