French Dining Setting

Firstly I want to thank each and every one of you for all your comments on my new little business venture. Your encouragement and support mean the world to me so Thank you.
The sun was shining yesterday so I finally got a chance to take some pictures of the new dining setting I have just finished.
I wanted these chairs to look rustic and french so I have painted them in various shades of grey and blue. To acheive this look I used the good old paint brush no spraying involved. A long and time consuming process but I am very pleased with the end result.
I teamed them up with a pedestal dining table that I just finished and think they work really well together.  I kinda like having it in my lounge area as we can watch the tennis (Australian Open) and eat our meals at the same time.

Your work is incredibly inspiring. Please share how you paint your pieces. I'm considering painting my dining table and chairs and haven't a clue on how to begin!

Congrats on your store ventures, no surprise that it's absolutely dreamy.

Congratulations on opening your new store and following your dreams Sandy!
This table looks gorgeous ... I have bought one just like it and it is waiting in the wings to be painted white and distressed as well. It's nice to have a peek at what it 'should' look like :)
