A Vintage side table setting

I set up an afternoon tea setting on the weekend and made good use of my vintage china. Love mismatched table ware, crystal champagne glasses and of course lots of vintage lace.

Darling Sandy I like your table, every detail!
But specially the linen and the rose flatware!!
My painting furniture stopped for a while, for we are so closed to Christmas and also because we all have (and had) flue…

Sandy, I've commented before, and I look at everything you post, but today you truly caught my eye. You see I'm a PINK girl, as much as i LOVE your whites, that splash of PINK just made my night.
Oh and that chippy yellow hutch in your porch? TO DIE FOR.
I would so buy those pastel nesting tables from you, but I live in Canada, so too expensive to ship. I'm keeping my eye out for some. I know they are out there.
Thanks for the beauty this year.
    Merry Christmas Sandy.
    Love Claudie

    Hi Sandy,
I just recently found your blog and I love it although my partner would kill me if I made our new house as 'beautiful' as yours. We have some timber furniture we want to paint and have already done a table. We used gloss enamel and had to do quite a few coats. What do you use and recommend and should we not do it in the humidity as I think gloss takes a while to dry?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
