Time for some Colour

I have been mentioning on my blog lately how some things are just not meant to be painted white. Don't get me wrong I would paint everything white if I had the chance but sometimes you need some colour in your life.
Thes cute tables were screaming out for some bright beachy colours so I did the larger table in this blue colour and the smaller one in a lovely pink. I can just picture these being used as a childs play or eating table. I am working on a matching wardrobe to go with these.

Hi Sandy, thanks for visiting me earlier. I totally agree, a touch of colour brings things to life even though I absolutely adore white. Love the tables and the torqouise colour you picked. Also love the spindle back chairs you painted black. I have 4 of those that are in need of a repaint as all the paint is peeling off (from previous owner) seeya... Maryann

Oh my gosh! This post is so funny to me today because I have been painting for the last few days in , white, turquoise and pink! I was painting everything white and decided a few things needed to be a color! I just finished up a few minutes ago and came in to post them on my blog but the add picture is gone off of blogger. I have nO idea how to add them now!!!
Have a pretty day

Good stuff, Sandy. Your blog makes me think of the quote: "Love is more than love." Substitute "White" for "Love", and it remains true.

The tables show how well-placed subtle color can have a huge impact.

Cheers,

Scott

Its perfect color girl and it suits you well. I think it fits in with your style and the cottage feel of your home, still soft and so chic.

Thank you for your sweet beautiful comment, I too at times think it would be great to add color, so instead of white it is oat mill tones I add or gray's...Lol! (Laughing at myself) what kind of color is oat mill or grays :)

see you soon my beautiful friend.
G'day
