- Gold Coast Australia - My name is Sandy and I am a decorative painter. I have a passion for upcycling old furniture. I am a collector a treasure hunter and see the beauty in what pieces can be rather than what they currently are. I love beautiful things shabby, rustic, beachy, french and anything that is recycled. I hardly ever buy new and with some paint and imagination I transform time worn pieces. You can check out my furniture at the Woolloongabba Antique Centre in Brisbane. Your home is very beautiful and I love the floral print on the foot stool. I envy your 34 degree weather. Even though it is unusually mild here right now for January (-1)in our part of Canada, I sure do long for summer!!
How nice to be spending the day floating around in the pool. When we were up there a couple of weeks ago it rained every day. Then when we came home it was beautiful and up to 41 but I have been too sick to enjoy it. Up to Day 8 of the Flu - yucky.
