I am a collector a treasure hunter and see the beauty in what pieces can be rather than what they currently are. I love beautiful things shabby, rustic, beachy, french and anything that is recycled. There is something so great about a study/craft room where you can escape or work from. These are very pretty.
Having an office space would be such a nice luxury- but, alas I don't have one either. I hope to revamp a large closet as a craft/office space someday!

I escape to my little front bedroom/office, and I can see outside as I type my blog posts or catch up on facebook or email.
I can read in here or watch tv,...take a nap, or have devotions. it is my quiet little space and I love it.
It is filled with some favoite things in an old curio cabinet too. I call it my morningroom,...or my Victorian room.

Hi Sandy, at first I thought that second picture was yours and was going to offer to swap my foyer console for that office chair,lol.
I have got to get a lap top. I'm sick of wires everywhere and this big ugly modum box thing!

Your old office was really beautiful! I don't really have an office either - just a small closet off of the kitchen that we wired and I converted it to my little computer space. A "playroom" would be heaven...let's both dream about it!
