I know I say this over and over again but I just can't get white in my home. Seems like every new piece I bring home I do think about painting another colour but I always go back to classic white. As soon as I paint something in green or french grey someone will say "Oh I would love that in white".

I know what you mean. I always look around my home thinking, I have too much color and would like a paler palette. I just love looking at all white interiors. I have a beautiful bedroom set that I've had for 30yrs and I want to paint it white so bad, but hubs frowns everytime I bring up the subject. I love the images in your post today, just beautiful.

I painted my bed and dresser in cottage white and love it. dh thought I did a good job too:)

Sandy -- I too share your love of white. Just a little color will "pop" when shown in a white background. I love your pictures. The white rooms are peaceful and inviting and never boring. Without the distraction of colorful backgrounds, textures take the stage. Great blog.
