My friend Tanza “tea girl” has posted her latest find which is a cupboard very similiar to the one I stumbled upon a few weeks ago. These cupboards are so handy as you can fit them into a corner anywhere. I have mine currently in the laundry full on laundry products but would look amazing with lovely china on it. I’m sure Tanza will have her’s looking lovely soon. When I found mine it was already undercoated white so half the job was already done for me. Don’t you just love that.

Undercoating… oy. I’ve been driving poor Rebecca (a gathering of thoughts) crazy with paint questions i’m sure. Paint guns, primers you name it. I have pieces that need done monochromatically as my place is quite small respectively. It will help it feel large at least.
The corner cabinets ARE great because they utilize every square inch of space offered. I too will find one one day. What will you do with yours? Make sure to send pictures up.

Oh my gosh…you must go to my BLOG and check out the vintage corner cabinet I bought on Saturday! It came out of a 1920’s home and is completely hand made. I HAD to have it. It is fab…so wish tho mine was already underpainted like yours….mine needed a LITTLE repair work and a sanding down of the oil based paint on the top half. Hubbs will do that as I’m horrible at that kinda stuff!

Have finally moved and kinda started settling in. House is even smaller than I thought (and I did think it was tiny!) This is the cupboard I want for my china! I have no room for a ‘real’ china cabinet. At the moment I have 6 cartons of china in my son’s bedroom and nowhere to unpack it! aarrghh my poor shelley.
