Market Finds

The heart did skip a little beat when I saw this divine Victoria Mirror. There was an old dear with the mirror in her hand and I was convinced she was going to buy it. But she put it down and thats when I pounced. Some of the venetian glass around the edge was coming off but I have since repaired it. Don’t know a lot about the mirror so any imput would be helpful. The cherub lamp base was also a bargain market find.

I see why you grab the mirror, but my eye is on the stunning cherub lamp base.

hard to tell from the picture but I believe those mirrors are called "Venetian" and come from Italy. It's a nice size, you also see them in colors, blues and pinks. I have seen small dresser size mirrors go for $75 and up. It is very pretty, I'd love to have one.
